Dr Han Bing is a senior research fellow at the Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), which was described by Foreign Policy magazine as the top think tank in Asia. Her background is in human rights law with degrees from China and the UK. Before joining IWEP in CASS, Dr Han Bing lectured at the Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, China University of Political Science and Law.
